"This was a pleasant surprise. Great value for the money. We got there late at night (10 p.m.) so the front desk was closed but a roving security guard let us in to our unit. It's out a few miles from town so we were getting nervous as to what this place was like. I don't recommend arriving at night for this reason. In order to get your keys to your room you will be prompted to a seller who will offer you cheap tours but the work around would be attending a timeshare meeting.
